Rodger has 16 years of experience with the engineering, design, and implementation of various projects in theoil and gas, renewable energy, power generation, wastewater, pulp and paper, forest, mining, chemical, andpharmaceutical industries. He has worked on many combustionrelated projects ranging from 0.25 MMBTU/hr to 600 MM Btuh. He is a co-author with Jozef of a combustion related energy efficiency design guidefor the Petroleum Technology Alliance of Canada.
As a consultant Rodger has helped many companies streamline their processes and increase product qualityand profits by advising on design for manufacture, reliability engineering, and the benefits of quality. He hasassisted in designing and implementing data and documentation management systems for small companies toincrease efficiency and reduce errors.
