Are All Flammable Gas Vents Piped To Safe Location No. The following vents do not terminate safely, Upstream PRV | Vents inside the building. Install vent lines terminating away from personnel, with screens, and protected from water entry.
Forced Air Blower Model Pressure Blower ARR-4 | Motor: 3600RPM, 575VAC, 30HP | K-5075B | Did not find a CSA certification stamp on the ABB motor. Please provide documentation showing the motor is CSA certified.
Main Fuel Train Filter
Not Installed. | Install Y-strainer between manual shutoff valve and PRV.
Isolation Valves Installed on Pressure Switch PSHH or PSLL
1/4 turn isolation valve not locked nor tagged. | Isolation valves must be locked in the open position. Tag the valve indicating valve must be locked open during operation.
Main Fuel Manual Shut-off Valve
Ball. Non-certified. Manual fuel shut-off valve must be certified to CGA 3.16. Replace with ball valve certified to CGA 3.16.
Stack Sampling Port Coupling without plug. Install plug in sampling port(s).

Installer Combustion readings do not appear to be correct, please confirm readings.
Are Vent Terminations Away From Building Openings and Air Intakes
No. The following vents are too close, Overpressure safety relief valve (PSV) | The discharge of a vent line should be located more than 3ft from any building opening and more than 10ft from any air intake or source of ignition. Extend vent lines out from under the building away from personnel and building openings with screens and protected from water entry.
All vent terminations have to have at least the following clearances:
- From building openeings, appliance vent outlets, or moisture exhaust ducts: NG/Propane based - 3 ft
- From mechanical air intakes: NG/Propane based - 10 ft
- From appliance air intake or sources of ignition: NG based - 3 ft; Propane based - 10 ft
All this information can be found in Table 5.2 Clearance from Discharge in B149.1.
Are Combined Vents Increased in Size The following vents are combined improperly, Pilot PRV, Main fuel FCV, Upstream PRV | 3-way solenoid | Vent separately or increase size of header.
